The Book of Revelation #55 Rev. 8-11 THE FIRST TRUMPET. (DO WE SEE THE LA FIRES REPRESENTED IN THIS TRUMPET JUDGMENT?)

Welcome to the Bible Unbound - Book of Revelation!

At the moment of this recording, most Americans are riveted on the devastating wildfires that are ravaging Los Angeles, California.  In this live classroom episode, we consider Trumpet #1 and it's rich  symbolic Old Testament imagery in comparison to current events which appear to have correspondence to the content of the trumpet-warning.  

We believe that current events such as earthly calamities do not exhaust the meaning of the trumpet warnings no matter how similar they may appear in substance.  For the full story of what John was envisioning in these trumpet warnings, a deeper, richer and more transcendent reality must be in view.  We begin to consider these deeper elements as we progress in our study of the Seven Trumpets of the book of Revelation
